Brad Gordon is the Managing Partner of Edenbridge Asia. He has advised on more than 150 corporate transactions, many of which involved prominent multinationals and investment banks. Brad has a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Brown University. Brad has been advising corporate clients for over 25 years with 20+ years of experience in Asia. Brad, a US citizen, worked for the international law firms Linklaters, Freshfields, and Shearman & Sterling, and during 2003-2004 was seconded to Lehman Brothers as counsel for the investment banking team in Asia. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, and worked with Cambodian refugees in Thailand in 1989. Brad is a board member of Harpswell Foundation. During his time in Cambodia, Brad has provided training workshops to Cambodian judges and to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia. Brad speaks Thai, Khmer and has a working knowledge of Japanese.
