Brad Gordon is the Managing Partner of Edenbridge Asia. He has advised on more than 150 corporate transactions, many of which involved prominent multinationals and investment banks. Brad has a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Brown University. Brad has been advising corporate clients for over 22 years with 17 years of experience in Asia. Brad, a US citizen, worked for the international law firms Linklaters, Freshfields, and Shearman & Sterling, and during 2003-2004 was seconded to Lehman Brothers as counsel for the investment banking team in Asia. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, and worked with Cambodian refugees in Thailand in 1989. Brad is a board member of Harpswell Foundation. During his time in Cambodia, Brad has provided training workshops to Cambodian judges and to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia. Brad speaks Thai, Khmer and has a working knowledge of Japanese.
Votey Cheav is a Managing Associate of Edenbridge Asia. Votey has a Master of Education in English and a B.A. in English from the Ohio State University. She received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law where she was Managing Editor of Lead Articles for the Business & Commercial Law Journal. She also competed in the American Bar Association's Negotiations Competition. She is a member of the Bar of the State of Illinois. Votey has experience in corporate law and litigation. Votey is a Cambodian-American and speaks English and Khmer.
Mithona Ouk is a Managing Associate at Edenbridge Asia. She completed her Law degree in 2013 from the National University of Management and English degree in 2011 from Norton University. Mithona has extensive experience in government relations and corporate matters. Mithona is a Cambodian citizen and is fluent in Khmer and English.
Socheat In is a Managing Associate at Edenbridge Asia. She has an LL.B. from Royal University of Law and Economics. In 2006, she was selected to receive a scholarship from the Harpswell Foundation, an organization that aims to empower a new generation of female leaders in Cambodia by providing university education and accommodation to bright high school graduates from the provinces. Socheat is a Cambodian citizen and fluent in Khmer and English.
Layheang Hing is a Managing Associate at Edenbridge Asia. She received a scholarship from the Harpswell Foundation in 2006, allowing her to obtain a Master in private law from Royal University of Law and Economics. Layheang completed an internship at the international firm Allen & Overy in Bangkok. Layheang has several years experience as head of legal at a micro finance institution in Cambodia. Layheang is a Cambodian citizen and fluent in Khmer and English.
Sok Lida Tek is an Associate at Edenbridge Asia. She has a Bachelor degree of International Relations from University of Cambodia and is a Harpswell Foundation scholar. Sok Lida is a Cambodian citizen and fluent in Khmer and English.
Chakyra Lim is an Associate at Edenbridge Asia. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Law from Build Bright University (BBU) in 2015 and finished a Diploma Certificate of English from Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC) in 2014. Chakrya is a Cambodian citizen and fluent in Khmer and English.
Hour Sean is an Associate at Edenbridge Asia. She is studying for a bachelor degree of law at the Royal University of Law and Economics. Hour is a Cambodian citizen. She is fluent in Khmer and proficient in English.
